I have decided to add a legal section. The case Smith V. Salem Ohio has had far reaching implications extending Title VII to transgendered individuals. I will include the case and a commentary. This section of Gender Tree is expanding with a number of cases. the latest one as of 4/6/06 is a case currently still pending. The DIANE J. SCHROER, v. JAMES H. BILLNGTON, Librarian of Congress, has a very good summery of case law up to this point. Two new cases Julie Nemececk (a personal friend) was fired for transitioning
